Returns
Due to the personal care nature of our skincare and body products, opened or used products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of the date your order is marked as delivered. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item received from Karma Kashmere Skincare. Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Karma Kashmere Skincare within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the situation and make it right.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care products cannot be returned. Items that have been altered, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition are also not eligible for return.
Skin Sensitivities & Allergic Reactions
Everyone’s skin is different, and individual sensitivities or allergic reactions may occur. We encourage customers to review the ingredient list before use and perform a patch test when trying a new product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
